cancellation policy

At The Way Home Wellness, appointments are reserved especially for you. This policy is in place to honour both your time and the energy required to prepare and hold space for Healing Touch sessions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session without penalty.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

 

Late Cancellations

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the appointment time) may be charged up to the full session fee.

• This includes same-day cancellations.

 

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

• Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full session fee.

• If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time to respect other appointments.

 

Compassionate Exceptions
I understand that life happens, and unexpected situations may arise. Compassionate exceptions may be made in cases of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, at my discretion.

Please communicate as soon as possible if something comes up — open and honest communication is always appreciated.

• Your online booking system
